Rectangular Frame Pool Assembly
Locate the four metal corner pieces and place one at each corner of the pool.
Locate the longer horizontal beams and assemble them into two even sets. Locate the shorter horizontal beams and assemble those into two even sets.
Slide the short horizontal beams into the shorter sides of the pool. Enter swedged ends first, swedged ends should be pointing clockwise.
Slide the long horizontal beams into the longer sides of the pool. Install the swedged ends first, and all the ends should be pointed clockwise. Rotate the horizontal beams so that the holes for the U-shaped beams align with the liner.
Install the corner pieces (working in a clockwise direction with the swedged ends pointing clockwise) and slide them together. Repeat this procedure for the four corners. It might be necessary to lift the final joining connection at an angle to allow the pipes to fit into each other, slowly lowering the ends flat again, then sliding them together until they fit completely. Double-check all horizontal beams and corner connections.
Locate the U-shape pipe frames and pipe caps. Install the caps by pushing the buttons as you insert the cap into the pipes. Place one assembled U-shape pipe inside each rectangle flap on the side of the pool.
Have one person support the horizontal beam, raising the pool wall as another person inserts the capped ends of the U-shaped pipes into the holes in the horizontal beam assembly, depressing the lower set of buttons and pushing the cap entirely into the horizontal beam until it stops. Verify that all pins and frame pieces are secure before adding water.
