When can I expect my product to arrive?
Polygroup wants you to receive your product(s) as soon as possible. In many cases, product(s) will arrive in 7-10 business days after you place your order.
Please Note: FedEx does not guarantee delivery times for Ground shipments. If you wish to receive your products by a certain date, please choose one of our expedited shipping options available for your order.
Also, please note that FedEx services do not deliver on weekends or holidays, but only on non-holiday weekdays Mondays through Fridays. FedEx delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for shipping refunds.

When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process; excluding weekends and holidays. Please add 2 business days to all shipping times below for warehouse processing.
IMPORTANT: Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Please refer to the shipping time frames below to estimate the arrival time of your product(s).
What shipping options do I have?
IMPORTANT: Not all shipping options and time frames are available for every order. Shipping options are shown based on the total weight of the order and area shipped to.
Free Economy Shipping:
- Free Economy Shipping - 7 to 10 business days, with the carrier of our choosing. Free shipping is available for most orders placed to the contiguous United States (Lower 48, not including Alaska or Hawaii). (Excludes clearance items)
FedEx: (Please add 2 business days to all of the shipping times below for warehouse processing)
- FedEx Ground - 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days)
- FedEx 3 Day Freight - 3 business days
- FedEx Home Delivery - 1 to 5 business days depending on the distance to destination
- FedEx Express Saver - 1 to 3 business days (Unavailable to Alaska and Hawaii)
- FedEx International Economy - 2 to 5 business days depending on country and distance to destination
- *FedEx Standard Overnight - 1 to 2 business days based on the distance to destination (Unavailable to certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii)

- Ground Advantage - 2 to 5 business days depending on the distance to destination

Shipping to PO boxes
At this time we do not ship to PO BOX addresses. To avoid delays, please use a physical address that does not include a PO BOX.
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses
If you wish to have the items shipped to your APO/FPO address (military only), please give us a call for assistance.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our warranty claim center right way to ensure that you receive a replacement. Please do not contact the carrier, as you will not be able to file a claim; please call us at
