Gift Card Guidelines

Timelines 

• Please allow our team up to three business days to review and process your gift card claim. 
  

Activation

• The e-gift card claim link sent via email from e-Gifter will expire 180 days from the date you receive it.

• If your gift card has an expiration date, you must redeem it by that date.

• Once the e-gift card claim link or the e-gift card expires, we will not be able to issue another gift card. 

• To use a digital gift card in-store, add it to your phone’s digital wallet (Apple, Google, or Samsung Wallet).

  • For setup instructions, contact the wallet provider directly.
    

Expired Gift Cards

• Gift cards must be activated within 6 months of issue and used in the time frame listed in your official gift card email or letter from e-Gifter. Once that window passes, the card automatically expires and can’t be used. Polygroup or e-Gifter, the gift card provider, cannot override or change the expiration date. 

• Please note: All gift card timelines, activation, and usage instructions are included in the email or letter sent from e-Gifter.
