Contact a qualified, licensed Electrician to install the necessary connection for your filter pump. You may also use an extension cord that meets the following criteria: 

• Extension cords must be 3-prong

• Extension cord must be 16, 14, 12, or 10 Gauge. DO NOT use 18 or 20 Gauge
