Pools

• To locate the model number and Julian date for your pool, you will need to locate the image of the person with a headset on the side of the pool liner. 

• In a small box below the image of the person with the headset, you will find the model number. It begins with the letter “P” followed by a series of numbers. 

• The Julian date is the five-digit code located below the model number.

Trees

• To locate the model number for your tree, you will need the product manual or the original box in which the tree was purchased

• In the product manual the model number can be located in the top or bottom corner of one of the first few pages of the manual. The exact location will depend on the retailer. 

• The model number may be located next to the bar code printed on the product box.  

  ​
