- Are the batteries placed in the Battery compartment correctly?
- Is the battery in the remote control and the plastic tab pulled out ?
- Does the remote "Turn off" the lights?
- If the remote can turn off the lights: then the problem may be with the light strip in the liner itself possibly having an issue- please document what happened to the lights and how it happened.
- If the remote cannot turn off the lights: then the problem is with the remote control. Please order the remote control separately below.
