  • Please troubleshoot this pool using the manual ; if the consumer has an issue please document in the "Private"notes your answers to the 5 required questions for TS.below:
    1. Are the batteries placed in the Battery compartment correctly?
    2. Is the battery in the remote control and the plastic tab pulled out ?
    3. Does the remote "Turn off" the lights?
    4. If the remote can turn off the lights: then the problem may be with the light strip in the liner itself possibly having an issue- please document what happened to the lights and how it happened.
    5. If the remote cannot turn off the lights: then the problem is with the remote control. Please order the remote control separately below.
