Do I have to go to each product each time to see if it is available?
No; if you have set up an account on polygroupstore.com; you may add the items to the "Email me when Back-In-Stock" Link from the specific product’s page. We will send you an email when the product becomes available again.
Does your customer service team or warranty team have details on when products will be available to purchase again?
No. At this time we do not have any estimates on when products will become available again. Please check the product page to see if it is available to purchase.
I forgot to add something to my order, can I place another order today?
Low Price Guarantee - It is our commitment to provide you with the best value, at the best price. We value your business and strive to keep our prices low, and SAVE you money!
We only allow two purchase orders per customer per day, so please make sure that all of the items you need are in your cart before clicking the place order button. If you have already placed an order, please place another order on a different date.
We do not allow the resale of our items, so this process helps our supply to try to make sure everyone can purchase our products.
When will the parts I need be available?
Most replacement parts are sold-out as a result of people being home with their families. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacement parts will be available for purchase. We encourage you to check back on our website to see if the items you need become available.
Has my order shipped?
Click the
"My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to login and check your orders status. Tracking numbers for each order will be available once the item has been shipped.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
When you are placing an order you can add additional items, remove quantities, and even empty the cart completely and start over; all within the order summary.
Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into a processing state and is sent to the warehouse for optimized shipping time. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed. Please double check your cart to ensure it is 100% accurate before finalizing your order.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

If your order displays multiple Package Tracking Numbers; be sure to check each one for the delivery status as some items may be in a separate shipment. If all of the tracking numbers show that your packages have a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at

An item is missing from my shipment, what do I do?

If your order displays multiple Package Tracking Numbers; be sure to check each one for the delivery status as some items may be in a separate shipment.
