How long does it take to set up my pool? Depending on the pool size and the condition of the area where it will be placed, a Quick Set™ pool can be ready to fill with water in less than 15 minutes. ​ Do I need to prepare the ground or dig a hole for the pool? The pool should be set up on level ground, free of rocks, branches, other objects, and holes. Do not install the pool on sand; this can cause shifting under the water and will void your warranty. You don't need to dig a hole or otherwise

​ How much air should be used to inflate the top ring? Do not over-inflate any rings on the pool, and do not use high-pressure air compressors. Inflate until the ring is slightly firm to the touch. An over-inflated ring may burst or leak at the seam, especially when heated by the sun. ​

How do I remove the pins and grommets from the frame when taking down my pool? Use a rubber mallet to gently tap them out. A rubber mallet will not dent the metal or chip the paint.

A pump that is rated GFCI 18 will detect the presence of the input power and will switch on automatically when the power is restored. A pump with a GFCI 9 will need to be manually reset after power is restored.

How many gallons of water does the pool hold? We recommend filling frame pools to 90 percent and ring pools to 80 percent capacity, leaving room for water displacement during normal use. ​ The top ring of my Quick Set™ pool has a hole, but I can't find the source. Any suggestions? Try using a solution of soapy water. Inflate the top ring and sponge soapy water over it. Where the air escapes, bubbles should form. Wash away the soap, dry the area, and use a repair patch on the hole.

​ Why does my new pool have patches on it when I just bought it? During the manufacturing process, a patch may be added at the factory. It is not a defect in the material. Although it may not be aesthetically pleasing, the patch does not qualify as a warranty claim.
