    • If the consumer purchased these individually at a retailer please have them return the goggles to the retailer if there is an issue.

    Warranty Exceptions:
    • If the consumer purchased a pool that came with the 3D Goggles included , and they just opened the box to set the pool up if the goggles were broken or missing, we will replace them for the consumer with POP.
    • We will not replace the goggles because the consumer broke them, only if they were broken right out of the box. Please confirm how the goggles were broken, and if they just bought the pool (Confirm DOP and where) as we will only replace them if recently purchased.
    • If the consumer ordered the goggles from us and they are broken, we will only replace them if they were received broken. No other warranty applies.
