  • RX Filtration systems (all sizes)
  • CP2000-C

  • This adapter may be used to connect a Polygroup pool vacuum hose and vacuum head included in any Polygroup Deluxe Maintenance Kit or purchased from polygroupstore.com. The adapter needs to be screwed onto the suction fitting like the suction fitting cap on the inside of the pool.
  • When using this adapter with Polygroup Filtration systems:  First connect the adapter to the suction fitting.
  • Once connected please connect a 1.25 or 1.50 inch vacuum hose and the vacuum head for vacuuming. The hose should be completely submerged and filled with water before vacuuming.
IMPORTANT: When using the filter system's normal filtration setting to vacuum the pool, dirt and debris will be caught in the sand bed or in the filter cartridge. Check every few minutes for excess dirt and debris build up and clean the sand bed or filter cartridge as needed. The sand or filter cartridge should be cleaned or replaced once you have completed vacuuming.

  • CAUTION: When using a Polygroup Sand Filtration system to drain or vacuum your pool using the WASTE setting: You must remove the drain cap on the 6-port valve before you start. Please note that the water flows directly from the pool to the drain at a rate of 1,100 gallons per hour and possibly more than 1,600 gallons per hour. The water in your pool will drain at that same rate when using the WASTE setting. Take precautions as water flowing at these rates should be diverted from dirt or garden areas as the water flow may cause accelerated erosion to the area where the water flow is directed.
